To receive real-time feedback and consistent tracking of your performance, communicate with your coach

1. Go to the Chatroom:

Navigate to the Talk tab at the bottom menu to access your conversations.

2. Select a Contact:

Choose your coach from the list of personal chats.



3. Review Shared Feedback:

Scroll through any prior feedback or drills shared in the chat.



4. Express Your Concern:

Use the “I Feel” feature to select your current emotion (e.g., Stress) and type your message.

5. Send Your Message:

Tap the Send button to communicate with your coach and request feedback or guidance.
